When longevity is considered, nothing beats the Bright Coop Inc.'s Cage Unloading System for worry-free day-after-day start-up and continuous run with a minimum of maintenance. Numerous systems have operated for years with no more than greasing of bearings and oiling of chains two or three times a week.

Bright's One Belt, 88"-wide Cage Unloading System, offers a proven method for handling big, heavy broilers and roasters. Processing managers get improved grade and reduced bruising and wing tip damage with this back dock system.

Bright's wide Cage Unloading System incorporates four full length "slides" that widely disperse birds on the 88" wide belt. These slides are permanently attached to the Cage Unloading System Tilt Cradle and serve as an extension of the cage doors to the belt, preventing damage as birds go from the live haul poultry cage to the belt in the 88"-wide Receiving Cage.

A proven, dependable and near maintenance-free method for transporting and unloading birds, Bright's Cage Unloading System has an established track record for safety, dependability, and reliability. The 88"-wide Cage Unloading System improves a system that's earned the reputation as the "Cadillac of live poultry handling systems." Selected by an overwhelming majority of the nation's poultry integrators as the system for transporting birds from the field to the hanging belt, Bright's Cage Unloading System is the system of choice for conservative managers.

"Full but not overcrowded" best describes the 88"-wide Unloading Cage after birds ride the full-length slides on their feet from the live poultry transport cage to the 88" belt. Birds transfer to the hanging 88" wide belt in the Receiving Cage. We offer a number of belt configuration to fit your plants needs.

Bright's 88"-wide Cage Unloading System continues the company's tradition of quality, sturdy construction. It is strong to provide years of dependable service. This Cage Unloading System provides the same features our customers have come to depend upon during the past two decades.

Features include hydraulically-powered rollers which permit the Cage Unloading System operator to move cages forward or backward on both the incoming and outgoing sections with a mere flick of the wrist; easy to reach sprockets and chains; convenient location of hydraulic motors and valve sections for easy maintenance.

And, Bright's Cage Unloading Systems offer the most cost-effective means of transporting and unloading birds. Aside from a lower initial cost, Bright's Cage Unloading System has a low operating and maintenance cost, only one person is needed to operate the system, and maintenance is easily handled (when needed) by regular members of a plant's maintenance staff.
