All Viking Trailers are built at our plant in Nacogdoches, Texas using only the highest quality components. We offer many options including smooth sides or stake pockets and rubrail, tire sizes, suspensions and suspension setting, type of flooring, crossmember size and spacing, mill rolled or fabricated beams, and many others.

Specialty and Lowboy trailers are built for special needs. Over-the-side Side Dump Sugar Cane trailer and Oilfield Floats are just a couple of the specialty trailers that we build. We offer many styles of 35, 40, 50 and 60 ton Lowboy trailers for that special job.

Standard Features:

Dimensions	49 feet long; 102 inches wide, 36" rear deck height (light), 16" kingpin setting, 3/8" k.p. plate; 9'0" flat upper deck, 27' flat lower deck.

Mainframe	16" Crowned Fabricated I-beam with 130K flanges.


Siderail	10" x 15.3# structural channel; 8" x 8.5# on neck.

Crossmembers	8"x 6.5# Jr. I-beams on 20" centers

Tires	235/75R x 17.5 radials (Bridgestone R184LP or equal)

Wheels	6.75 x 17.5 steel disc, 10 hole, stud piloted.

Axles/Brakes	(2) 25,000#, 5" round; 12 1/4 x 7 1/2; spring type chambers; outboard drums; WABCO ABS (2S/1M) on one axle.

Suspension	Hutch H9700T three point with 3 leaf heavy duty springs.

Lights	Rubber mounted, sealed wiring harness.

Landing Gear	2 speed with sand shoes; 62,500 lb lift / 200,000 lb static load capacity.

Dovetail	5 ft long; 8^o approach angle floored with 2" nominal oak.

Load Lamps	13 ft Bi-fold hydraulic; 10^o approach angle floored with 2" nominal oak.

Front Ramp	20^o rise to upper deck floored with 2" nominal oak.

Floor	2" nominal oak.

D-rings	18 total [(14)-1" on rear deck, (4)-1" on upper deck]

Finish	Blasted, primed, and painted with catalyzed enamel.

Options:
